The “Project of International Affairs Administrative and Website Development” provides support to special projects, international administrative tasks and website promotions for the “International Environmental Partnership” (IEP). It has completed the following: 1. 2016 IEP arrangements: Made arrangements for conference experts and partnership countries’ members, drafted invitation letter, verified sponsorships and internship funds. In addition, with notification and consent from Taiwan EPA plans, made arrangements for project budgets, held project meetings and paid advanced costs. The project completed four sessions providing administrative assistance, including the Asia-Pacific Mercury Monitoring Network(APMMN) Conference, International E-waste Management Network (IEMN), Global Environmental Education Partnership (GEEP) and Sustainable Materials Management Workshop. 2. IEP Program website maintenance: Updated relevant information (uploading APMMN conference outcomes) and information security (firewall, anti-virus, user account management etc.) 23 times. In addition, 45 new posts were uploaded to the IEP Facebook page and two new IEMN members joined the IEP Facebook page. 3. Promotional flyer compilation: Submitted two native-speaking professional English editors, who wrote nine pieces including IEP introduction, IEMN, Environmental Law Enforcement, US-Taiwan Eco-Campus partnership, GEEP, Kids Making Sense, Cities Clean Air Partnership, APMMN, Pacific Adaptation on Climate Change. Moreover, completed flyer design. 4. Program management and performance indicator research: Six indicators researched were project completion percentage, completed conference and activity total, promotional activity outcomes, conference activity satisfaction, evidence documentation accuracy, and overall results growth. It is recommended that follow-up projects apply these indicators. 5. Research work conference assistance: Co-hosted 16 work conferences, and assisted in meeting material collection and meeting minutes. The project has completed various tasks, and given suggestions regarding to its execution. These include per diem, passport and visa requirement confirmation, work delegation, Facebook management, enhancing IEP website functions, increasing the frequency or number of international IEP activities, being included in country updates, and using cloud technology.
